What We’re Looking For!
Village Home Services is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Service Technician in Chelmsford, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues on HVAC Service calls and providing estimates for repair or new installs, which includes but is not limited to heating and cooling units units, ductwork insulation and ensuring proper ventilation in customer homes. You will also be performing regular maintenance visits and safety inspections for customers. A successful candidate would be someone who is versed in HVAC equipment and repairs, has basic computer skills, excellent customer service, and a valid driver's license.

- 1-3 years in HVAC install, maintenance, and/or repairs experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Commercial or residential experience required
- Lead sales or install experience is highly preferred
- Experience working with American Standard or Mitsubishi HVAC equipment is a plus!
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to collaborate and work well with your peers
